My Story

Hi, I’m
Pamela

Most people see the smile and don’t understand how hard I’ve worked to develop a practice of mindfulness, activate my Chi energy, and find my purpose. Behind my 35,000+ hours to achieve my BA in psychology and sociology; my 240,000+ hours and counting of social work experience and entrepreneurship; appearances on local TV acknowledging my creative achievements and community work; is a woman who gets knocked down, but gets up again. I represent my ancestors with an ability to conjure courage, and come from generations of seers, intuitives, farmers, and healers.

I know the single-parent struggle. Having to choose between paying bills or food. To silently pray my card would swipe through during grocery shopping. Worrying if I had enough money to cover medical expenses, legal fees, daycare and educational needs.

My Why?

The hardest part was the legal abuse I suffered at the hands of bad actors using the court system for the purposes of control. Everything seemed to be twisted in that arena and my voice simply didn’t matter. As a mother I had no voice; still, managed to find a way out.

But, even so, during breaks in the storm, I’ve found there’s always a guiding light that encourages me in my darkest times to never give up. Christ shows up through intuition, through songs, through a strangers smile, or a free drink upgrade.

This is why I am committed to sharing my mess, and my medicine, to help you turn yours into purpose. We are connected, we are all imperfect. We can change for the better, and turn our mess into medicine. I believe this with my whole heart. Above all, my voice matters.

Education

I live what I preach! People react in disbelief when they find out I am 45. Genetics are a grateful blessing, but I believe one has to do the work also, so remain a walking bill-board of what I teach. To nourish the body, mind, and soul.

I believe in the mind-body connection. My theory is simple. Not expressing emotions caused by trauma will end up in the body as blocks. The Ramoni Method is a 7 step healing approach that helps to identify these emotions by guiding you to do the work physically, emotionally, and connect to Christ.

Spirituality

To me spirituality and religion are two different experiences. Religion is a spiritual practice that honors the Creator through rituals. Spirituality is the essence of living life in a way that expresses freedom through a set of attitudes and behaviors that embody love. The ability to manage stress, clear your mind of clutter, develop intuition, practice mindfulness, and find purpose that help others. I’ve known people to be religious but still have trouble comparing, identifying with negative thoughts, and the inability to accept their life circumstances; causing chaos. Connecting to Christ, our Creator and the Divine is the true essence of enlightenment, and spirituality.

Writing

What writing does for me is to allow my creative juices to flow, while releasing toxic energy from my aura and soul, freeing me from negative blind-spots.

My book; How Do I Find Love After Heartbreak? became a cathartic experience to turn my mess into medicine. It birthed the Ramoni Method as I began to realize the steps I take to heal. Jump-starting my healing journey, which helped me find my purpose, understand the law of attraction, and focus my mind on manifesting good through positive intentions.

On a personal note…

I love meditating in my prayer room, crystals, watching my footy (Liverpool FC), solitude in a candle-lit milieu soaking in an epsom-salt filled tub. Christ is ensconced at the center of my world. The universe of metaphysics fills my soul; along with sharing these theories with my son; connecting on deep levels. Boxing, playing piano, creating art, and writing is my release. Time energizing in nature is a must. I take risks; give back, try new things, prefer dinner and a chat with my soul-sisters, and believe each day is a new day to write a new page. Happiness is a state of mind.
