If you’re trying to find purpose and meaning in life, you’ve come to the right place. I understand what it’s like to drift aimlessly without knowing what to do with my life. To be trapped in limiting beliefs that stifled my growth.

These experiences drove me to leave my home in London, England and obtain my BA in psychology and sociology at Park University, in Missouri. To help you overcome mid-life crisis, limiting beliefs, manage your emotions, and find a deeper spiritual connection to Christ.

When we work together I’ll teach you how thoughts affect the body through my Ramoni Method, so you can release the blocks that are causing emotional and physical pain. Our time will leave you with a practice that helps you continual nourish your body, mind and soul.
