Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return after inspection, we will begin the refund process and notify you immediately via email. If there are any issues, we notify you via email.
After approval, your refund will post automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-10 business days depending on your bank account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and processing time.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund officially posts.

Sale items (if applicable)
We only refund regular priced items, unfortunately, we do not refund sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges can only apply to similar cost items. Our restocking fee applies. Please use our contact form to begin the process.
If marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will apply a gift credit to your account. Aforementioned return policy applies.
If the buyer did not mark the item as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will notify the gift giver about the return and refund to their original payment method. Aforementioned return policy applies.

We send return labels to the email account used to purchase and refund your shipping costs to the original method of payment (if applicable).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you assume responsibility for shipping (if applicable), please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and sadly can not refund lost items.
